ABOUT ORDERS

We are a small, hands-on studio, and every order is packed with care. Here is what to expect after you place an order.

1. PROCESSING TIME

Many items are handmade or carefully prepared by hand. Standard processing time is usually 4–7 business days before shipment. During busy periods or temporary material shortages, processing may take longer.

2. SHIPPING AND TRACKING

Shipping times depend on your destination and the shipping method shown at checkout. Tracking information will be sent once it becomes available.

3. ORDER CHANGES

If you need to cancel or correct an address, contact us as soon as possible. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, we may not be able to change the address.
